Good video camera
for traveling?
I'll be taking a mini vaca at the end of next month to south america.Its like a huge family reunion blah blah but the point is Im looking to buy a camcorder to take with me.Basically im looking for it to be small,easy to use and takes good qaulity videos.oh and maybe not too expensive either.the trip's already an arm and leg i really don't feel like spending a lot more.

I think the Canon FS100 Camcorder will be fine in this case. Unlike most camcorders, it records videos on SDHC cards, which is more versatile than the tapes ( which are an added expense ). This isn't a professional camera, but for family reunion video, this camera would be jut fine. It is also not that expensive, around $300. Camcorders are notoriously expensive, so this specific camera really isn't expensive.
